We can ship our products to almost anywhere in the world, within shipping guidelines and restrictions. Unless special shipping arrangements are required, all orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Certified Mail and insured up to the paid value of the item being shipped. Shipping costs are paid to Lahana by the consumer at the time the order is placed.
Thom's Hand-Made Jewelry is usually shipped within 7 business days, other jewelry is usually shipped within 3 business days from the day your order is received and confirmed (all customization details are finalized) Hawaii Standard Time. Exceptions are usually during seasonal periods, e.g., Christmas and graduation, and whenever we are experiencing a high volume of custom orders, when shipping times may take longer and will vary. During these periods, we will specifically inform you of your shipping time when your order is placed.
Once an order is shipped, we will contact you to inform you that your item has been shipped, the tracking number, and the approximate date of delivery.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to extend shipping time due to any unforeseen and extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including delays in production, materials, manpower, force majeure, etc. We will not be held responsible for any delays or losses in shipping once the item has been shipped. If an item is loss or damaged during shipping, we will work with our customer to file any claims necessary to recover the insured loss. If the item is unrecoverable or damaged, we reserve the right to determine the compensation or replacement, if any, for the loss or damage. Compensation or replacement is not guaranteed for losses during shipping.
